This is why we have to know the Word of God and what God says and what we should believe. If we aren't sure, then we won't be able to stand. Who every thought people could possibly believe it is wrong to get married????? Well, it isn't so hard to believe any more. If we don't know what we believe then we can be swayed every which way.
This was another instruction to young Timothy. Know what God says.......believe with all your heart......don't listen to just anyone.........line things up with the Word of God. That's why I believe it is so important to read the Word daily..and to study the Word. But it is also important to have a mindset that the Word is the truth and nothing else can be substituted for it.
If this little blog is keeping you in the Word, then let it minister to you. But don't have it be the only thing you do to stay in the Word-----let this be the beginning!!!
