Psalm 67

"May your ways be known throughout the earth,
your saving power among people everywhere.
May the nations praise you, O God.
Yes, may all the nations praise you.
How glad the nations will be, singing for joy,
because you govern with justice and direct the whole world." (vs. 2-4)
Then the earth will yield its harvests (vs 6a)

I see these verses as prophetic of Matthew 28:18-20, the Great Commission...Vs. 19 says "Therefore go and make disciples of all nations..." The understood subject of this command is "you" ... "Therefore 'you' go and make disciples of all nations."

You and I are part of the worldwide body of believers on a mission to share the good news of the gospel in all the world. Not everyone will physically go to another nation to share the gospel, but each of us can share Jesus in our sphere of influence! And we can and need to support local and foreign missions financially and in prayer...when we do, it is the same as if we physically went.

What greater joy than sharing Jesus...in our sphere of influence... in all the nations! I don't know about you, but I do not want to miss out on the opportunity to "go" and "make disciples". Say to God the Father, here I am, send me!
