Read the Bible from Cover to Cover this year!!!

As I was looking at different ways to read the Bible on a daily schedule I began to see that Bible Scholars have now entered the world of Twitter and Face Book and Apps (IPod Applications) BIG TIME.  There are so many schedules you can use to read thru the Bible and you can have them come to you through your phone or your IPod or by email.  We even had a speaker come to our church to talk to us about signing up with Back To The Bible to get a Daily Text or voice Message on your phone or an email from "God".

There is no problem finding a system to reach out to God daily.......the problem still lies with us......actually doing it!!!

So, I am committing to you on this blog once again to read through the Bible in 2010.  Join me and see what God will do in you and through you!  As we read we can share with each other on this blog and encourage each other.  I don't know about you but it helps me to know that others are reading with me.

Below is a link I found that will give you the daily reading schedule and you can read it right on your computer or just copy down the references and read it in your Bible or sign on to Twitter and follow @oneyearbible for daily Tweets that will give you the references each day. It doesn't matter what schedule you use. No excuses, you just have to do it!!!

http://www.youversion.com and the plan is the Old and New Testament in one year.

Have fun - and "see you on the blog"!! (Share it with someone else!)

Yay. I was hoping you would post something today. I'm going to sit down and read it now, so I'm not behind for tomorrow. I've missed everyone so much. See you on Sunday!

I'm going to use the chronological reading plan this year. I've only done this once before, many years ago.
